Maintain personal contact with you through the escrow process.

Attend to and work to remove every possible stumbling block or potential obstacle as soon as possible to help ensure you can close in the time specified.

Supervise the home inspection process and assist you with the response and negotiations that take place regarding the inspection.

Follow-up up with your lender, The Seller’s agent and Title Company to make sure that everything is proceeding properly, If it isn’t we will help build the appropriate fires to get things back on track.
