Let me introduce myself, my name is Jan Popa, I am a Realtor, a Montana native and I want to be your Great Falls Connection! I work extensively with both Buyers and Sellers including professional relocation and transfers. A move is a huge event and I think knowing more about the community you are moving to will make everyone more comfortable. This site touches on a wide variety of topics and answers questions related to real estate and other questions about the area that newcomers typically ask me.
Great Falls has that "small town feeling" yet has many of the amenities of a large city and offers a friendly wholesome place to live and raise a family. Local history is very colorful as you will see in the other pages. Western art, primarily Charlie Russell, and Lewis and Clark continue to be an influence in Great Falls. The Missouri river is an integral part of our community providing recreation, transportation and power(thus the nickname The Electric City). The recreation opportunities are endless and the changes of the seasons each provide their own opportunities.
As you can tell, I love Great Falls and I enjoy sharing it with others. I am committed to make your move as smooth as possible. My customers needs are my first priority.
